- Item is a photograph of a demonstration that took place in front of the Department of Fisheries Office at 1090 West Pender Street in Vancouver, British Columbia. More than fifty people attended the demonstration to protest budget cuts to the Community Economic Development Projects of the Salmonid Enhancement Program (S.E.P.). The photograph is a snapshot of demonstrators walking down a city street holding and wearing protest signs. A young child is wearing a sign that reads "DON'T CUT BACK SLAMON SURVIVAL". Another child is holding a sign that reads "No SALMON No Future For me". A woman is wearing a sign that reads "Fisheries DECIDE Nimpkish Valley To Die".
