- Item is a photograph of a Band Training Workshop. Photograph is an interior snapshot of a conference room with a long ponytailed hair person, with and glasses holding a sheet of paper, and appears to be reading to those assembled. This person is standing in front of a wall with six large sheets of paper with charts written on them. There are two rows of chairs set up in a horse shoe pattern around the perimeter of the room. Only one of these chairs is unoccupied. There appears to be equal number of men and women.
