- Item is a photograph of a Band Training Workshop. Photograph is an interior snapshot of a meeting or conference room. The entire photograph is filled depicting a group on people (approximately seven men and three women) sitting in three rows of chairs. Their attention appears to be on the front of the room, which is off to the left side of the photograph. There are a few empty chairs. A microphone hangs from the ceiling to the left side of the photograph. On the wall behind the group are hung large sheets of paper with handwritten charts or graphs.
