Item is a photograph of a Band Training Workshop. The photograph is an interior snapshot of a woman with short hair and glasses wearing what appears to be a name tag. She is standing near a wall facing people whose back is to the camera. On the wall are two rows of large paper pie charts depicting the erosion of Indian North America, the dominating forces of destruction are listed as: "missionary work, domination, exploration of Indian land, treaty making, expropriation of Indian resources..."
