Item is a photograph of a UBCIC. Special Assembly at Sheraton Landmark. Photograph is an interior snapshot of a conference room with people (mostly men and a few women) seated at tables filling the background. Some people appear to be reading literature on the table before them. In the foreground are two rows of empty tables and chairs it has a sign partially visible in the left foreground, but the text can not be read. The third table back also has an unreadable sign..
