- Item is a photograph of the Fifth Special Assembly of the Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs that was held at the Sheraton Landmark in Vancouver, British Columbia from November 24th to the 25th, 1978. The photograph is an interior snapshot of a conference room with rows of seated people. In the centre of the image there is a man with his eyes closed who is holding papers in his left hand and a pen or pencil in the other.
