- Item is a photograph of a UBCIC Special Assembly at Sheraton Landmark. Photograph is an interior side view snapshot of a conference room. People, mostly men, are seated at rows of chairs. In the central background a man speaks into a microphone set in a floor stand. He has short hair and is wearing a light patterned button down shirt. The support pillar on the right has a posting which reads in part "BRITISH NORTH AMERICA ACT". In the left background are a set of metal exit doors. On the ceiling are spot and florescent light fixtures and dark coloured ventilation ducts.
