- Item is a photograph of a UBCIC Special Assembly at Sheraton Landmark. Photograph is an interior snapshot of a conference room. People, mostly men, are seated at rows of tables. In the left foreground sits a man with mid-back length hair and horn rimmed glasses, he is looking to the left. He is wearing a light coloured button down shirt beneath a dark v-neck sweater with a name tag. On the table before them are open spiral bound books with many of the men holding pens, styrofoam cups, and ashtrays. In the aisle in the background a microphone is a set in a floor stand. On the background wall a poster with a light coloured circle on a dark background is hung.
