People are seated at two rows of tables; their backs are to the camera. Partially seen tables in the right and left foregrounds. In the background, three men are seated at a dais facing the audience. The man on the left has short hair and is wearing a business suit; there is an empty microphone table stand in front of him. The man in the centre is only partially visible, he has short hair. The man on the right is writing notes. He has shoulder length hair and large dark framed glasses and is wearing a two toned jacket and light coloured pants. Behind the dais is a large sign which reads "PRACTISE INDIAN GOVERNMENT".
