Item is a photograph of clear-cut forests in northern British Columbia taken on a flight taken on a flight between Prince George and Kwadacha (formerly Fort Ware), British Columbia. The photo is an aerial snapshot of the landscape showing patches of naked land in the wilderness. Part of the airplane is visible in the foreground of image. This photograph was taken near Prince George where the forest had been clear-cut by logging companies. The forests around Fort Ware in 1978, however, had at that point not been logged but community members of the Fort Ware Band were concerned that the logging companies would be coming in just a couple of years.
